VOICES (Empowering women for equal participation and driving change) is a European Project (Erasmus+) whose objective is to help overcome the gender gap and promote women's participation in society by providing women and the professionals who work with them with a set of gender-sensitive educational resources specifically designed to promote gender equality and equal participation in society.

The partner organizations in the VOICES Project believe that recovery from the pandemic needs women at the center, participating in the public and private spheres and leading changes that serve the planet and society, promoting gender equality and equal participation in society.

 The outcomes of the project will be the following:

1. VOICES competencies roadmap and resources for Local Learning Networks.
2. VOICES thematic MOOCs: a set of thematic MOOCs will be developed using the principles of microlearning, storytelling methodology and real-world learning to raise awareness on key areas of women's empowerment.
3. VOICES Digital Learning Center: a digital learning center where the results of the previous project, along with additional interactive activities and learning resources, will be integrated into a toolkit for practitioners and interactive thematic MOOCs for women.
