We are partner organization in Spain with European Alternatives; European Alternatives is a civil society organisation devoted to exploring the potential for transnational politics and culture. We believe that today the challenges of democratic participation, social equality, and cultural innovation cannot be effectively understood and addressed at the nation state level.

On February 1, 2011 the Academic Agreement between the Universidad Mayor de San Simon (UMSS) of Bolivia and Solidaridad Sin Fronteras was signed. UMSS, situated in the city of Cochabamba is an institution that was founded by means of the November 5, 1832 law by Mariscal Andres de Santa Cruz which and can be found in the city of Cochabamba, Bolivia. In terms of the first article of the Fundamental Law it is an autonomous entity, of public right, constituted by educators and students, a legal entity, whose functions are teaching, learning, scientific and technological research.
